This organ is located in the diocese or region of St Cuthman's Church, Whitehawk, Brighton. The original builder was Conacher and the last known carer was unknown. After c. fifty years the organ gradually became more unplayable. Though still intact, both manual and pedal actions are essentially unusable owing to sticking keys and multiple cyphers..The organ was first listed by the IBO on 2022-03-09.

Detail : The organ came from St Mary, and St Mary Magdalen, Broad Street, Brighton (demolished 1950). Please note that this organ will not be available for relocation unless a Faculty is obtained for its removal from the Diocesan Chancellor. The Diocesan Organ Advisers and the Diocesan Advisory Committee have indicated that they will support an application for removal of the organ so long as a suitable new home can be found for it.
